1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Customers have a lifetime guarantee to request a return of the product after receiving it.
All requests must be submitted by email with:

Full name

Order number

Reason for return

It will be necessary to send photographic and/or video evidence that clearly demonstrates the condition of the product, as well as proof that the item did not work, provided that it was used correctly by the customer, according to the instructions for use."
Requests submitted that do not comply with the required rules and conditions will be automatically rejected.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including:

No signs of misuse or physical damage

All original accessories and components

Proper packaging suitable for transportation
If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not in resellable condition, the refund will be denied, regardless of the reason provided.
3. Mandatory Product Shipment for Evaluation
Refunds will only be processed after the physical return of the product to our evaluation center located in Brazil.

Return shipping costs are 100% the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept packages sent with “freight collect” or unpaid postage.
Once the return address is provided, the customer has 7 days to ship the product and send the tracking number.
If the tracking number is not provided within this period, the case will be closed without refund.
4. Product Evaluation & Approval
After the product is received, Innovabay.site has up to 15 business days to conduct a technical inspection.
Only after approval of this inspection will a refund be issued to the original payment method.
If evaluation shows misuse, missing parts, physical damage, or evidence contradicting the customer’s claim, the refund will be denied.
In such cases, the product will not be shipped back unless the customer pays the return shipping cost again.
5. Refund Requests Before Order Shipment
A refund before the product is shipped is possible under specific conditions:

Order not processed yet: full refund

Order already processed: cancellation is no longer possible; the customer must receive the product and follow the standard return procedure
Order processing may occur at any time after payment confirmation.
Once processed, refunds are only possible after return and evaluation of the product.
6. Incorrect Address, Delivery Failure or Non-Pickup
If the order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Delivery attempts not completed

Customer not picking up the package

Customer refusing delivery
No refund will be issued.
Reshipment will be offered at the customer's expense.
7. Promotional Products, Kits & Bundles
Orders containing:

Discounts or promotional pricing
-
Kit/bundle products
-
Special offers
cannot be partially refunded.
The entire kit must be returned in full condition for evaluation.
8. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Used items or products not suitable for resale

Products returned without authorization

Items missing parts or accessories

Goods returned without tracking information

Packages arriving damaged due to improper packaging by the customer

Promotional items marked as “final sale / no return”
9. Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued within up to 10 business days.
Processing time by banks and payment platforms may vary and is outside the responsibility of Innovabay.site.
10. Policy Modifications
Innovabay.site may update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The applicable version will always be the one published on our website at the time of the request.
